POSM Software Update: Remote Support Launch Button
A new Remote Support button on the main POSM menu makes it even easier to connect with POSM Tech Support.

Support, Now One Click Away
Sometimes the smallest interface change can have a big impact. POSM now includes a dedicated Remote Support button on the main menu, just above the blue Session Management button.
Instead of hunting for a desktop shortcut or visiting the website, users can launch a remote support session directly from within POSM.
How It Helps Your Crews
When an issue comes up in the field or office, speed matters. With the Remote Support button, operators can:
- Open the remote support queue from the main POSM screen.
- Share their system with POSM Tech Support in fewer steps.
- Get back to inspections more quickly.
It's a small change, but one that makes contacting support more convenient and less disruptive.
Get the Update
Customers with current tech support can contact POSM to receive the update that adds the Remote Support button. Once installed, starting a new session is as easy as clicking the button from the main menu.
