POSM Stuffie

February 17–19, 2026
Indiana Convention Center | Indianapolis, IN
📍 Booth 4271 (new location this year)

POSM will be exhibiting at WWETT 2026, and our team will be on-site to talk through real-world inspection, GIS, and data-management workflows. Stop by Booth 4271 to see what’s new, ask questions, and grab a limited-edition POSM stuffie while supplies last.

We’ll also have a Jacobs representative at our booth to answer questions about POSM’s Dragonfly AI integration and how AI-driven analysis fits into inspection workflows.

Introducing POSM Central at WWETT 2026

At the booth, you’ll find an overview video, our updated brochure, and—most importantly— POSM reps ready to walk through how Central can optimize your existing workflows. While the full release is planned for Q2 2026, we are currently enrolling early adopters and beta testers for customers interested in cloud sharing and centralized access today.

POSM Central A Fully Managed Cloud Platform

POSM Central is a POSM hosted, fully managed cloud platform designed to simplify how inspection data is accessed and shared without the need to install or maintain servers.

Each organization sees only its own inspection data by default, with the ability to share inspections and transfer ownership between contractors and municipalities when needed.

Built on the trusted POSM Web Sync workflow, POSM Central provides automatic updates, backups, and scalable storage, allowing teams to access their data from anywhere without managing infrastructure.

New Tools Solving Real-World Inspection Problems

POSM Overlay Tool

POSM Overlay Tool

Over the years, we’ve seen a consistent challenge: inspections with missing, incorrect, or outdated video overlays. The POSM Overlay Tool solves this problem without requiring a return trip to the field.

  • Add overlay text to inspections that don’t have one
  • Replace incorrect overlays by covering them with corrected information

By avoiding re-inspection and re-videoing, customers save time, labor, and money—while preserving valuable inspection data.
Available to all POSM users with an active support contract.

POSM Voice Narration Tool

POSM Voice Narration Tool

Similar in spirit to the Overlay Tool, the Voice Narration Tool allows users to add or replace inspection audio using computer-generated narration. It’s ideal for inspections missing narration or containing incorrect commentary, helping standardize results without sending crews back into the field.

POSM 11 and PACP Version 8

April 2025 – POSM 11 is officially certified by NASSCO to support the latest PACP and LACP Version 8 standards. This release ensures that inspectors, municipalities, and asset managers can code and grade pipelines using the most up-to-date industry guidelines.

What’s New in PACP Version 8?

NASSCO's Pipeline Assessment Certification Program (PACP), along with LACP and MACP, has received its first major update since 2015. Version 8 incorporates nearly a decade of field feedback and best practices. Highlights include:

  • Updated defect codes for pressure pipes, access points, and materials.
  • Expanded use of modifiers to better represent conditions in force mains and post-rehab surveys.
  • New pipe use codes for perforated and non-sanitary systems, reflected in grading.
  • Enhanced grading scores to give clearer, more actionable condition results.
  • New surface damage codes, including SPP for surface damage pitting or corrosion.

With Version 8, NASSCO has sunset support for PACP Version 6 and earlier, making V8-compliant software essential.

Built for the Future of Inspection

POSM 11 has been updated to align fully with PACP Version 8's coding structure, grading logic, and reporting requirements. Our team worked closely with NASSCO during certification to ensure inspections performed in POSM match the latest training and documentation standards.

  • Accurate classification of both new and aging infrastructure.
  • Reports that reflect updated grading and risk logic.
  • Compliance with clients demanding PACP V8 deliverables.

Upgrade to POSM 11

If you're using an older version of POSM or preparing to train inspectors on PACP Version 8, now is the right time to upgrade. POSM 11 gives you a future-ready platform for CCTV, lateral, and manhole inspections aligned with the latest NASSCO standards.
