POSM Post-WWETT Show 2022 Report

It’s been a long two years since the previous WWETT Show, which is just one reason the POSM Software team looked forward to the 2022 live event last month in Indianapolis. After two years of virtual business, it was past time to reconnect face to face with our partners, customers, friends, and colleagues in the industry.

Returning to wastewater’s biggest industry convention was a terrific way for POSM to acknowledge 20 years as “the most robust, user-friendly software to come down the pipe,” but this anniversary wasn’t the only reason the POSM team was excited to get back in front of people again.

POSM used the show to unveil a new product, our first piece of hardware and the culmination of four years of R&D by company co-founders Bob and Gene Clifford Katter. The product is the Owl Vision Manhole Camera, and is the first of a proposed line of camera products under the Owl Vision brand.

During the past two years, POSM Company Founders Bob and Cliff Katter have been busy researching and developing a next-generation 360° manhole camera we’re branding as Owl Vision (OV) Systems. 2022 WWETT Show guests can be among the first to see this camera demonstrated at both the POSM and Rausch USA booth (#6435).

POSM SQL Server Now Emulates NASSCO V7 Export Exchange Databases Without Exporting

Microsoft SQL Management Studio SOFTWARE UPDATE: POSM has just made it easier than ever for users of POSM Server to interact with NASSCO PACP, LACP, and MACP V7. You can now easily import or link POSM data into any city management or work order system without exporting it from POSM. Users can now link the Asset Management System, CMMS, or Work Order system directly to POSM’s videos, Images, and HTML reports, bypassing the need to import them. This streamlining of the process means POSM users can use the program with NASSCO V7 more efficiently and no longer requires that the user “double up” the data.
