  • For remote control, we require 1.5 Mbit/s (192 Kbyte/s) or higher upload and download connection speed.

Further Troubleshooting. 

If your internet connection is fast enough but you are still having issues logging onto remote support, more troubleshooting information can be found on the LogMeIn site (the service we use for desktop sharing).

If a firewall or networking issue is inhibiting our standard LogMeIn POSM Remote Support application from working, we alternatively have WebEx and GoToMeeting as a fallback for desktop remote control. Please email POSM Support our call our main line to schedule a WebEx or GoToMeeting session.
